Minibeasts Woodland Explorers aim to produce a learning environment that covers all areas of development in the great outdoors.

Our goals

We are designing a program to suit each child’s individuality and look at a child’s whole being and their self worth. A child’s confidence, self image, mental ability to assess risks, physical, emotional and social well-being along side learning about nature, habitats, and caring for our environment.
Learning never stops, anywhere is a learning environment….
Developing a child’s whole being is something very close to my heart. Learning in a classroom with structure and boundaries does not suit all children and can be detrimental to other areas of their development, we know this well with our own Mini’s.

Our woodland

We have a stretch of woodland that we have turned into a fun filled learning space for children to be able to build confidence, recognise their own self worth and get stuck in to the outdoor activities, where they can push boundaries and take risks in a safe and manageable way… come along, join our journey and explore with us..
